Analyst/Product Manager

Resonance Systems, Inc. seeks an Analyst/Product Manager in Knoxville, TN to perform predictive maintenance work using techniques such as Vibration and Reciprocating analysis using Resonance Systems, Inc. analyzers, and Software. Conduct on-site and off-site machinery diagnostics of a wide range of reciprocating and rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, engines, and turbines. Provide on-site technical assistance and expertise to customers regarding diagnostics, findings, and recommendations. Execute and participate in failure analysis activities to investigate and determine the root causes of equipment failures, identifying opportunities for improvement and preventative measures.   Requirements are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in predictive maintenance techniques particularly vibration and reciprocating analysis. 2 years of experience working with reciprocating and rotating equipment such as motors, pump compressors, engines, and turbines. Knowledge of Caterpillar engines (or similar) and simulation software. 50% domestic and international travel to customer sites.
