This tool detects if the valves of an engine are closing late or early. To use this tool, follow these steps:
1. Access Rmonix from your PC or smart device. For more accurate results, it is recommended to use a PC.
2. Log in to Rmonix and choose the engine you want to evaluate.
3. Go to the ultrasound trace of the specific cylinder you need to analyze.
NOTE: This tool has been trained with:
4. Identify and capture a screenshot of the valve closing event only, whether the intake or exhaust valve, as in the image sample.
5. Save the image of the valve closing event.
6. Upload the screenshot to this tool and wait for the results.
Additional Details
This is the beta version of the tool for detecting and diagnosing valve closing events in combustion engines. Currently, our image recognition tool is designed to classify images into predefined categories with approximately 85% accuracy.
