Instructions for Using the Tool:

This tool detects if a compressor cylinder is leaking based solely on the PV graph. To use this tool, follow these steps:


  1. Access Rmonix from your PC or smart device. For more accurate results, it is recommended to use a PC.
  2. Log in to Rmonix and choose the compressor you want to evaluate.
  3. Go to the PV graph of the specific cylinder you need to analyze. 
  4. Identify and capture a screenshot of the PV graph only, as in the image sample.
  5. Save the image of the PV graph.
  6. Upload the screenshot to this tool and wait for the results.


Additional Details


This is the beta version of the tool for detecting and diagnosing valve closing events in combustion engines. Currently, our image recognition tool is designed to classify images into predefined categories with approximately 86% accuracy.
